Almost.
I went to donate blood at college today!
Well, at least, attempted to.
I was all geared up to be a proud blood donor since last week. I didn’t want to think too hard about it, in case I get all scared and backfire my own plan.
The finger-pricking during blood test was horrendously painful. The nurse had to squeeze my finger for the blood to ooze out while all the time it was throbbing with pain. =S And finally, after 21 years of my life, I know my blood type. B for boring.. I wished it was O. Dunno why.. O is interesting. Maybe it’s because many people I know are B. Just hoped mine’d be different.
And through the blood test, I found out that I was disqualified from being a blood donor. Yeah, they used the D word.. lol. Reason: Insufficient iron in my blood. A result of picking all greens and vegetables for chapfan. Because all the meat servings aren’t boneless. Bones spell out mafan and troublesome for me. KFC doesn’t count, however. =D
